Returns & Refund Policy

Onclick is committed to uncompromising quality and customer satisfaction.

What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Spireclick.pk?

1. Product exchanged/returned complaints can be raised within 24 hours after delivery.
2. If the customer wants to return the defective product and buy another product for the same price, he can do so within 7 days.
3. If a customer receives a defective item, he can exchange or return it by providing proof of the defective product.
4. Raise a complaint at info.onclick.pk@gmail.com or our WhatsApp at +923021235107 & attach an invoice or shipping label & product pictures (necessary).
5. Products will only be exchanged if they’re in original condition.
6. Record a video before opening the parcel to claim any damaged or missing Products.

Note: Refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days.

Option 1

You can return your products directly to Onclick, Karachi, once we receive your products at Onclick we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash within 14 working days.

Option 2

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Onclick, We will deduct Rs 150 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
